However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit or match your expectations. That’s why we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly returns and exchanges process to keep your wardrobe—and your confidence—in peak condition.

Our Policy Overview

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on BABY CLOTHING and BASELAYER items (both tops and bottoms) once the original packaging has been opened or if the hygiene seal is broken. These items are final sale.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] to initiate the process. Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will email you a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed shipping instructions for your return package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the items you are returning, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Package: Mail your return package to the address provided in your instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your exchange or refund. You will receive an email notification confirming the completion.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will only charge any difference in price and the shipping cost for the new item.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
