Order Processing
We pride ourselves on quick turnaround. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way!
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95 flat rate. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please Note: Shipping to some parts of Asia and remote locations may not be available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Our Policy Overview
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.
⚠️ Important Hygiene Notice
For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items once the original packaging has been opened or if the hygiene seal is broken. These items are considered final sale:
- BABY CLOTHING
- BASELAYER BOTTOMS
- BASELAYER TOPS
- BOYS BASELAYER
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within the 15-day window, contact our customer care team at [email protected]. Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the items, including the original packing slip or order confirmation. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Package: Mail your return to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund and send you an email confirmation.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Method: The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will only charge any price difference and the shipping cost for the new item.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
