• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.3 Shipping Limitations

We currently do not ship to some parts of Asia and remote locations. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery.

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and items you wish to return/exchange
3. Wait for our Returns Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
4. Securely pack items with original documentation
5. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package
6. Ship to the address provided

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
